An all levels yoga class on paddle board. We will find balance, flow, strength and breath in this hour SUP yoga flow on the lake.
*Yoga begins at 7:30 a.m. sharp, please arrive no later than 7:15 a.m. at Mirror Lake Boat Rental.
Bring your own board $20/person/class ($64 for full series)
Rent your board $30/person/class ($104 for full series)
