Relax, restore, revitalize, and rejuvenate in an ocean of vibration and sound. In this immersive sound meditation, you will be compassionately led into a meditative state after a few minutes of guided focus on the body and the breath. This is followed by a deep journey through the sounds and melodies of a variety of unique ancient and modern therapeutic instruments. The vibrations and specially curated frequencies introduced in this sound meditation induce trance states, relaxation, reduction of stress, balance and alignment, personal healing, and empowerment. When you sink into the tones and vibrations washing over you and focus your awareness to listening, your brain waves slow down. This gently shifts the mind from being very active into a trance, resulting in deep relaxation or even a dreamlike state. The mind becomes unplugged from external stimulus, inviting the whole being into a deeper state of consciousness and expanded awareness to gain new perspectives and facilitate an exploration the inner self.
You will need:
🌟 A high quality yoga mat. (studio mat rentals are $5)

Rachael Fox Feather is a Certified Sound Therapist with extensive formal professional training in the art and science of clinical sound therapy using powerful healing frequencies via Himalayan singing bowls, kotamo, and a variety of other therapeutic instruments. She is also a Certified Psilocybin Guide with the Transcendence Retreats neurowellness collective, as well as a teacher on the neuroscience of music in their esteemed educational certification program through the Bodhi Academy. Rachael is a facilitator of meditation and yoga nidra, professional intuitive, musician, and a practitioner of Reiki and Resonant Energy Medicine. In 14 years of intentional studies, she has over 1000 hours of education in alternative healing practices, as well as apprenticeships in herbal medicine, astrology, shamanism, and the arts.
