MORNING SOUNDBATH
Join me on Saturday, 25th July from 11.00am to 12.30pm in Temperance Hall, Dingle Town, Co. Kerry, for a morning of deep rest, relaxation and renewal.
Take 90 minutes to simply lie back, rest, reset and receive. This is a beautiful invitation to do unplug from everything and do absolutely nothing.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and your gorgeous open heart. No experience of yoga or meditation etc.. is needed - just come as you are. ✨
What to Expect:
This is a lying down experience. An opportunity to relax and unwind as the soothing vibrations of my voice, gongs, crystal singing bowls and other beautiful instruments gently fill the space, creating a peaceful atmosphere where you will be invited to just lie back, rest, deeply relax and simply enjoy the experience.
Time: 11.00am - 12.30pm
Exchange: €25
