Join us Tuesday mornings for a 60-minute guided meditation that’s both grounding and energetic. The session features a diverse collection of instruments including bowls, drums, and other percussive elements curated to provide an intentional sound healing experience that’s perfect for your morning. There will be instruction in breathing techniques and intention setting as well. There is no experience necessary and all are welcome. Please bring your favorite cushion, blanket, or whatever else is needed for your comfort.
