Join me and the lovely Leah for this Morning Retreat 🙏🏾🧘🏽❤️✨🌱
Set your intentions for 2026 - the year of the #firehorse and embrace your Passions and Freedom!
We'll start the morning with a nourishing immune boosting Cacao as we welcome you into the space...
Leah will guide you through Pranayama for enhanced relaxation and mental clarity....followed by a yoga practice to nourish and revitalise your body 🧘🏽✨
I'll be sharing a 2 course warming seasonal lunch 🌱 followed by a workshop on how we can balance #kapha through Ayurveda and create more motivation and energy for the winter season.
