Morning qigong in the park (weekday)
About this Event
What to expect:
- Meet at the Teo'osk a few minutes before the session time
- 30 min session: warm ups & lymphatic drainage, qigong practice, short guided meditation
- Option to stay for a brew and chat after the session
- No equipment needed - qigong is standing and seat pads are provided for the meditation
- No experience needed - beginners and above welcome
- Wear clothes suitable for the weather (layers are good) that you can easily move in
- Minimum 3 sign ups needed for the session to go ahead. We will cancel (you will be refunded) if the weather is 60% or more chance of rain or very high winds.
What is qigong?
Qigong is an ancient movement and intention practice for balancing energy in the body. It's gentle and accessible for most people, regardless of fitness level or age. Qigong practice is part of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Daoist philosophy; connecting us with the seasons as we are also part of nature.

About me
I’m Natalie - a counsellor, mindfulness teacher and nature therapy guide. I have been practicing qigong for about 10 years and am currently training as a teacher.
