An afternoon of breathwork, wellness, meaningful connection and floral artistry with She Becomes Here.
Join us for Becoming in Bloom, an outdoor wellness picnic designed to help you slow down, reconnect and pour back into yourself in the beautiful surroundings of Peel Park, Salford.
We will open the afternoon with guided breathwork and meditation, followed by wellness activity stations where you can paint, write a letter to your future self, fill the gratitude jar and make your own bouquet of fresh flowers to take home.
Mrs Uju, founder of She Becomes Here, will lead a wellness talk and Q&A before we close the afternoon in a circle, share from the gratitude jar and celebrate the women in the room.
Oh, and every guest brings a colour-themed snack tray. More on that when you register.

No experience needed. Come on your own or bring a friend, every woman is welcome here.
