A morning dedicated to nurturing your body, calming your mind and restoring your inner balance.
Whether you’re a regular Pilates enthusiast or completely new to the practice, all abilities are welcome!

What's included:

Gentle mobilisation to release & awaken the body.

A dynamic Pilates flow to build strength and stability, energising from within.

Soothing stretches to lengthen, helping the body to feel lighter and more relaxed.

A deeply restorative, reiki-infused sound bath to invite a sense of inner calm, allowing you to fully relax & surrender to the healing sounds of calming instruments & soft frequencies.
