Join counsellor Susan Carr and personal stylist Fiona Greaves for a relaxed and informal workshop exploring the connection between what we wear, how we feel and how we see ourselves.

This session is for you if:

• You'd like to feel more comfortable and confident in yourself
• Your wardrobe doesn't always feel like you anymore
• You sometimes worry about how you look or what other people think
• You're curious about how what you wear can affect how you feel
• Or you'd simply like to spend an hour doing something positive for yourself

There'll be no fashion rules, no pressure to share and no expectation that you need to change who you are.

This isn't about being told what you should wear; instead, we’ll explore how you can use your own personal style to feel more confident in yourself.
