We’ll explore prompts from Este’s original self-acceptance card deck, Fuck Shame, and share conversations about what it means to practice greater self-acceptance. Enjoy light refreshments, including champagne, wine, and a cheese plate, as we connect with others in a welcoming, inclusive space.
Whether you’re looking to build confidence, reflect on your relationship with yourself, or simply meet like-minded people in the Austin community, this gathering is for you!
Meet your host, Este: Este is an inclusive fitness and workshop instructor with experience facilitating support groups throughout the Austin area. Through Rebel Well, she creates spaces that encourage self-acceptance, meaningful conversations, and connection.
