moovn returns....
Nineteen years after launching, we're bringing moovn back for a special summer session at People's Leisure Club.
Born out of a love for underground house music, moovn became known for its warm atmosphere, passionate dance floors and commitment to quality music over hype. Along the way we brought Edinburgh debuts from artists including Wookie, Domu, Mark E, Neil Pierce and Groove Assassin, while also welcoming house music pioneers and legends such as Kenny Dope, Phil Asher, Paul Trouble Anderson and Craig Smith. We were equally proud to support emerging local talent, helping create unforgettable nights at iconic Edinburgh venues including Club Berlin and 99 Hanover Street.
Since the last moovn event, we've been patiently waiting for the right opportunity and, more importantly, the right home to bring it back. When we discovered People's Leisure Club, we knew we'd found it. A venue built around music, community, creativity and good people, everything that moovn has always stood for.
Join original residents Andy Baker, Bruce Nicholson, Guy Lonie and Steven Willison as moovn begins its next chapter with an intimate daytime party at People's Leisure Club.
