A guided 1.5 hour walk from the studio to the quarry followed by a yoga session with myself and physiotherapist/yoga teacher Amanda Bernsten.Amanda is a highly regarded physiotherapist with a Masters degree and over 30 years experience in addition to being a qualified yoga teacher.
We will be using yin yoga and therapy balls to enable a deep myofascial release in our yoga session and of course there will be time for a delicious afternoon tea.
