Moonwise is a 4-week outdoor moon series where we will gather in Kingwood Park and move through the lunar cycle together, from the New Moon to the Full Moon, with the waxing and waning quarter moons along the way.
Each week, we will explore the energy of that moon phase through discussion, meditation, journaling, ritual, reflection, and simple intuitive practices to help you live with more intention and awareness. This is not about needing to know astrology or memorizing moon phases. It is about learning to notice the natural rhythms around you and within you, and using them as a grounded way to begin, build, reflect, release, and move forward.
Weather permitting, we will meet outside at Kingwood Park, with Above Average Wellness as our indoor backup. You will receive a text each week at 5:00pm confirming the location.
