Sacred Roots Camp is a soulful, empowering 4-day summer camp for children ages 8–12.
Designed for sensitive, intuitive, and big-hearted kids, this camp offers a supportive space for children to build confidence, emotional awareness, self-trust, and connection through creativity, mindfulness, journaling, storytelling, nature-based experiences, and meaningful group activities.
Each day includes intention setting, reflection, hands-on activities, and opportunities for children to connect with themselves, others, and the world around them in a grounded and joyful way.
This camp is especially supportive for children who feel deeply, notice a lot, care for others easily, and would benefit from tools to better understand their emotions and reconnect with their inner confidence.
