Moonscapes: Embodying Lunar Cycles w/ ernest goodmaw

This weekly gathering is an invitation to align our bodies with the moon body, cycling through the phases. There will be opportunity for movement, connection, and creativity through the natural cycles within us and around us. Each week’s theme reflects the current moon’s phase, the modalities ebb and flow from week to week. Most gatherings will offer tea, meditation, story-telling, intuitive & collaborative movement, sound, writing, and art-making. The class will flow alongside the moon and reflect the energies and needs within the space. No physical fitness or moon knowledge required

ernest goodmaw is an intuitive being, born and raised in the Hudson Valley/Lenape land. The heart of their personal and public work is rooted in equity & joy. They facilitate creative arts classes, host community gatherings, and hold space for conflict resolution. In personal practice, they are nourished by connection, creating wildcrafted medicine, writing & illustrating, and dancing by the light of the moon.
