Join us for a one-of-a-kind Moonlit Cacao experience as we journey by private boat along the Willamette River at sunset before gathering on a secluded riverside beach for an intimate evening beneath the stars.

Held during the first Crescent Moon following the Cancer New Moon—a time for nurturing fresh beginnings and taking the first gentle steps toward what you're ready to create—this immersive experience invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and trust the unfolding path ahead.

With the moon still only a slender crescent in the sky, darkness reveals thousands of stars overhead, reminding us that sometimes our clearest vision comes not from seeing the entire journey... but from trusting the next step.

Together, we'll share ceremonial cacao, a Hawaiian chocolate tasting inspired by the wisdom of water, guided Reiki-infused meditation, a riverside campfire, and meaningful connection beneath the open night sky.

What to Expect

🚤 Private Sunset Boat Excursion

Our evening begins with a scenic boat ride up the Willamette River during the golden light of sunset. As we cruise through one of Oregon's most beautiful landscapes, you'll have the opportunity to settle into the slower rhythm of the river and leave the busyness of everyday life behind.

🔥 Riverside Campfire Gathering

We'll arrive at a secluded pebbled beach where a welcoming campfire awaits. Surrounded by the gentle sounds of the river and the evening sky unfolding above us, we'll gather in circle to enjoy cacao, reflection, and meaningful conversation.

🍫 Following the Current: Chocolate Tasting

We'll enjoy a tasting of artisan chocolates from your host Jen's recent trip to Hawaii, slowing down to savor each one with curiosity rather than expectation.

Like the river carrying us toward our destination, each chocolate has its own unique character and journey. Inspired by the nurturing energy of the Cancer New Moon and the wisdom of water, we'll reflect on where life flows with ease, where it's asking us to soften our grip, and what becomes possible when we trust the current instead of trying to control every bend in the path.

☕ Heart-Opening Cacao Ceremony

We'll share warm ceremonial cacao together as the stars begin to emerge overhead.

Cacao has long been cherished for its ability to encourage presence, emotional openness, creativity, and heart connection—creating a beautiful foundation for reflection, connection, and intention.

🌒 Crescent Moon Reflection & Guided Meditation

Jen will share a brief reflection on the Crescent Moon and the energy of the Cancer New Moon before guiding you through a gentle, Reiki-infused meditation.

Together, we'll explore what it means to move forward without needing every answer, reconnect with the quiet wisdom of your heart, and listen for what is beginning to emerge in this new chapter of your life.

✨ Dark Sky Stargazing & Intention Ritual

With minimal moonlight, we'll enjoy some of the season's best stargazing conditions beneath the expansive night sky.

We'll close with a simple intention ritual, honoring the dreams we've planted, the paths we're beginning to walk, and the trust required to let life unfold one step at a time.

🔥 Closing Fireside Circle

We'll end the evening gathered around the warmth of the campfire, sharing reflections, stories, or simply enjoying the beauty of being together beneath the stars.

Sharing is always optional; listening is participation too.

• Comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes suitable for walking on a pebbled beach

Ceremonial cacao, Hawaiian chocolate tasting, chairs, and all ritual materials will be provided.

Boat Excursion Details

This experience will start 30 minutes prior to sunset. Your jet boat tour is captained by local licensed operator, Captain Scott from NW Jet Boat Charter. This experience will load up in a spacious 27' custom built jet boat, travel 12 miles upriver from Newberg, Oregon taking in the scenic Willamette River during the magic hour of sunset. As the sun drops below the trees, we will land on a pebbled beach to set up a campfire ring and chairs with all the makings for our ceremony and sharing circle.

Reservation & Payment Details

Because this is an intimate experience with a private boat charter, space is limited to just 5 participants.

Total Investment: $250 per person

To reserve your spot today, you'll purchase a $50 reservation ticket through Eventbrite. This will be go towards the $250 ticket and secures your place while we finalize the group.

How it works:

• Reserve your spot: $50 through Eventbrite
• Reservation deadline: July 13
• Once all 5 spots are filled, Jen will personally email you with instructions to submit the remaining $200 balance via Venmo or PayPal.
• If we don't reach the minimum of 5 participants by July 13, the experience will not move forward as planned, and your $50 reservation will be fully refunded on July 14.
• Note: if all 5 spots are filled by July 13, and you didn't cancel before the refund window (6 days prior to event) and/or you don't pay the remaining $200 balance, your $50 will not be refunded (unless emergency or special circumstances are granted through Jen)
