Join us under the full Cold Moon on Sunday, December 15th for a water-crafting and meditation event.
Enjoy a 20-minute guided meditation led by Sarah Casperson that focuses on grounding and loving yourself.
Following the meditation we will learn about the lore and purpose of the Cold Moon, what practices were traditionally done during the Cold Moon, and what herbs and crystals are best to use during the moon phase. Handouts will be provided to take home!
Participants will design and craft their own, unique, full moon flower water for this particular moon cycle.
