Join us for a day retreat on Sunday, December 22nd, from 11am-4pm, as we use the power of the winter solstice to explore the profound wisdom of the blue, white, and red lotus flowers, each symbolizing clarity, wisdom, and passion.Throughout this immersive experience, you will experience the unique benefits of each lotus flower tea, enhancing relaxation and promoting a sense of inner peace. You will then be guided into a meditative state, allowing the calming properties of each lotus flight to open your heart and mind to new possibilities.
Following each meditation, participants will engage in the creative process of vision board crafting. This hands-on activity invites you to visualize your dreams and intentions for the upcoming year, using images, words, and symbols that resonate with your goals.
Facilitated by Tiffany Ember, you will participate in three meditative journeys. Each journey will feature a different type of sacred lotus flower, followed by the opportunity to work on a vision board for the new year and cycle.
All materials are provided to craft your own beautiful vision boards and experience three unique lotus flower guided journeys. Snacks and mocktails will be provided!
