Moon Medicine- Full Moon Soundbath

Join us under the full moon for Moon Medicine — a letting go ritual, an immersive sound bath, and optional herbal tea to support deep relaxation.

Sound healing vibrations relax the body physically and quiet the mind into meditative or even dreamlike states; going from beta (worry, stress) all the way down to Theta (subconcious) and Delta states (where deep rest and healing happens.) People often see colors, remember old memories, feel emotional release, feel like they were asleep but awake, or even feel like time disappears.
