Connect with like-minded souls in a circle of sisterhood support, with soothing meditation magic, reflections and journaling exploring the energy of this time and embracing the power of the moon and your divine feminine energy.

The moon reaches towards it's fullness and enters the energy of steadfast Capricorn on 19th July, calling in a time to build on the intentions you set for the summer and bring some goals to fruition. But as with every full moon, it brings a surge of emotion and energy forward, time to release the blocks stopping you from embracing your dreams and find a way to relax into a sense of fun and playfulness. We meet in the last few days of the sun in the watery, home-maker sign of Cancer - so we'll notice the energy to act on before cheerful and confident Leo aligns with sun.

2. Where is the venue for this event? Luci Trendle's Yoga Studio is on Amner's Farm, Burghfield, RG30 3UE It is a short drive from Theale, Reading, Mortimer, Grazeley, Arborfield, Spencer's Wood.
3. Is there parking? Yes there is a car park and numbers are capped at 15 to ensure space for all. We can offer lift shares from Theale just ask [email protected] or ask on our and if we can help we will.
