At Oh My Soul and Journey, the Moon Drumming Circle is a heart-centered experience where we come together in community to connect with lunar energy, ground deeply into our bodies, and awaken ancestral rhythms. Through guided drumming, gentle toning, and moments of reflective silence, participants are invited to release what no longer serves them, amplify intentions, and realign with the natural cycles of the Moon.
No experience is needed—only an open heart.
