We are honoured to welcome Master Praveen Kumar Verma- an internationally respected Yoga Master, E-RYT 500 Teacher Trainer, and International Referee with over 35 years of dedicated practice.
This is not a regular yoga class.
This is a professional-level Master Class.
Beginning his journey at the age of six, Master Praveen has devoted his life to preserving the traditional roots of yoga while integrating modern alignment, safety principles, and scientific understanding.
He is the Founder of Praveen Yoga Academy and leads internationally recognized 200-, 300-, and 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training programs registered with Yoga Alliance USA.
He has:

โข Earned 35+ medals
โข Served as Technical Official, Head Judge, and International Referee at Asian and World Yoga Championships
