Mookaite Jasper Meditation - Burrow within for deep reflection

Mookaite Jasper has a very grounding and stabilizing energy helping us regulate through transition. As the Earth sheds bare in order to reset the cycle completely, Mookaite’s divine

feminine earthing energy encourages us to do the same. In our meditation, we will burrow within for deep reflection while held in Mookaite’s gentle energy.

Crystals are beautiful tools to help us better attune with ourselves and our knowing, and align with our intentions, so we may be more connected to our own power and sovereignty. During these classes, we will work with one crystal per class to learn about their unique energy and properties, as well as how this crystal can help you with your own journey. In a guided

meditation, Christina will lead the class through connecting with the crystal’s energy and

working with it’s magic as a guiding tool. Your own crystal is included with each class.

Christina has been a student of yoga and meditation for almost 20 years. After a lifetime of

classical dancing, yoga was a welcome practice to reconnect to herself through meditative

movement. Studying Vipassana meditation intensely for many years, she has also been a

student of other styles and lineages of meditation and mindfulness. A love of crystals and their magical energy lead Christina to become a Certified Crystal Healer and Certified Crystal

Reader in 2019. When she isn’t teaching or working with crystal clients, Christina loves hiking and exploring nature with her husband and four babes.
