It's so important to gift yourself time to tend to you and fill your cup. Through the ancient tradition of yoga we tend to the physical body through movement and breath stirring our life force Prana and preparing the body for stillness and integration during the sound bath. Sound Baths can cleanse harmonise our energetic field bringing us back into alignment.
The venue is a hidden gem in Chorlton/Whalley Range surrounded by trees and birdsong. Easy to get to and accessible.
