👋 Hi, I'm Damian!I've spent over a decade in the pole, aerial, and dance world - training, teaching, judging competitions and constantly learning how to move better, safer, and more beautifully. We’ll cover effective, progressive methods using straps, blocks, chairs, and partner work. Expect a mix of strength and stretch, tailored for all levels with regressions and progressions to meet you where you are.
