Each month, we gather in community to exhale the noise of daily life and return home to ourselves. Through guided reflection, somatic practices, breath, and restorative sound healing, you’ll be invited to release stress, regulate your nervous system, and attune to your inner rhythm.

We’ll explore a new theme each month — inspired by the seasons, moon cycles, and the energies present — offering practical rituals, embodied practices, and moments of soulful connection.

Expect grounding, sisterhood, deep rest, and recalibration for your body, mind, and spirit.
