About this Event

Join Oak on select Sundays once a month for an evening of relaxation and an extended 90-minute sound journey. Every experience begins with storytelling and guided relaxation, and concludes with a gentle reawakening and reintegration.

Each session is unique, drawing inspiration from the zodiac and mythology, and featuring different instruments for each occasion.

Mats, props, and water are provided, just show up. Feel free to bring any personal items for comfort, as long as they haven't been at the beach.
