Come and join us at The Soul Angels for an intimate, small group Sound Healing session. Experience a channeled meditation as Jen leads you through a journey of soundscapes, vibrations and frequencies. Find peace, clarity, and rejuvenation through the ancient instruments. Relax your body, calm your mind and listen to the quiet messages from your soul.
You will recline on the beanbags, so just bring along a snuggly blanket and eye mask to help you cut out external stimuli (some spares available) and bring some bottled water to rehydrate afterwards.
Please meet in the cafe 5 minutes before start time so Jen can take you to the first floor workshop room. Spaces limited so booking essential (either via Eventbrite or directly through Jen). Please contact Jen prior to booking if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker fitted or have had recent surgery.
