Come and join us on Sunday 6th October (and the first Sunday of every month) for a mindful walk and talk at Mote Park. We meet outside the cafe from 10.30am and then head off for a walk around the park.Everyone is welcome - whether you come alone, with friends or bring the whole family. Enjoy spending some time in nature whilst connecting with other like-minded people. It’s also a chance to meet our team and hear more about our upcoming exciting plans and projects.
