🍁Autumn Yoga and Sauna Workshop 🍁As the leaves fall, come and get COZY at the Autumn workshop, hosted by Vics.
Autumn, is the time that we start to slow down again after the chaos and fun of the summer season.
Join me in studio to do a lovely nourishing practice.. We’ll set intentions for the Autumn season, eat delicious cakes and drink some warm tea or cocoa (Shelley.. I won’t make you drink the turmeric latte again! hehe).
We’ll head into the swimming pool area afterwards to have a swim and sauna together!!
