This month we will have Liz joining us, a yoga and fitness instructor/coach. She will be guiding us through a Yoga inspired session. Please wear suitable clothing and bring a mat. Liz does have a few spare if you cannot get one. Liz will adapt any moves to suit any fitness or ability. Yoga is only optional but we will be having our usual circle to discuss what we would like to do over the winter months. So if you just fancy a cuppa and a natter or a chat with Liz re: wellbeing and fitness please pop along.
