Life can become so busy that we spend our days looking after everyone else, solving problems, rushing from one task to the next and carrying worries that were never ours to hold.
Our Monthly Meditation Circle is an invitation to pause.
To breathe.
To reconnect with yourself.
Whether you’re completely new to meditation or have been practising for years, you are warmly welcome.
No two sessions are ever the same.
Rather than following a script, I work intuitively, allowing each meditation to unfold naturally. Every month I tune into the energy of the group and gently guide you to wherever your soul needs to journey.
For some, that’s a chance to release old emotions.
For others, it’s reconnecting with inner peace, receiving clarity, finding forgiveness, restoring confidence, or simply enjoying an hour of complete stillness.
You don’t need to know how to meditate.
You don’t need to “clear your mind.”
You simply need to arrive exactly as you are.
