Midwife-Led Group Hypnobirthing Class

Join me for a relaxed, practical, Midwife-Led Hypnobirthing Course designed to help you feel calm, confident, and genuinely prepared for birth, without spending 12 hours on a course full of fluff.

In just two hours, I’ll teach you simple, evidence-based hypnobirthing techniques that really work alongside honest midwife knowledge about labour, birth, and the maternity system. We’ll cover breathing techniques, relaxation, birth hormones, managing fear and anxiety, pain relief options, birth partners’ roles, and how to feel more in control during labour.

This course is friendly, informative, and completely judgement-free, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions — because no question is ever too silly or embarrassing. Partners are encouraged to attend and usually leave saying how helpful and reassuring it was too!
