Are you curious about herbal medicine or want to learn more about integrating herbs in your daily life?The new herbal circle @thrive.wellbeinghub is an opportunity to gently build your knowledge in a small and supportive group.
At each session we will explore the properties of one plant, starting with a sensory tea testing and then looking at the herbal uses energetics and safety of each herb so you can confidently begin to use them at home for yourselves and your family.
Every session includes a herbal tea to take home for your home apothecary with the option to add on a herbal tincture as well.
As part of the monthly group, there will space to discuss specific areas of health and an opportunity to access herbs from my pop-up apothecary.
