This hands-on herbal class will dive deep into the medicinal and culinary uses, folklore, and energetics of this heat-loving plant. You’ll learn how to identify the chosen herb in the wild, when and how to harvest it respectfully, and the best ways to incorporate it into herbal preparations and recipes.
