Join us under the glow of the Sturgeon Moon, the August full moon named by Native tribes for the abundance of fish in the summer waters. This moon invites us to reflect on what abundance means in our own lives—what we are ready to harvest, and what we’re ready to release.We'll gather in sacred space for an evening of rest, recalibration, and lunar healing. This 2-hour journey will include:
✨ A grounding opening circle
✨ Gentle breathwork to center the body
✨ A 60-minute immersive sound bath with crystal bowls, chimes, and vocal tones to soothe the nervous system
✨ A closing ritual under the full moon
This is your time to come home to yourself, to align with the natural rhythms of the Earth and moon, and to be held in community.
