Join us for our Monthly Grief Circle here at your local witch shop in Williamsburg, VA.When life changes, it rarely slows down for us. The world expects us to keep moving through loss, endings, and heartbreak, even when what we really need is a moment to breathe and be held. This circle is meant to be that pause.
Our Grief Circle is a gentle, community-centered space for anyone carrying loss or emotional weight. Your grief doesn’t have to look a certain way to belong here. Whether you’re grieving a loved one, a relationship, a life transition, or simply feeling the heaviness of the world, you are welcome exactly as you are.
Lexi, our illumination guide and trauma-informed facilitator, will guide the evening with care and compassion. Each month may look a little different — sometimes incorporating writing, simple creative practices, quiet reflection, or somatic grounding — but the intention remains the same: creating a calm, supportive space where you can be witnessed, heard, or simply sit in the presence of others who understand that grief is part of being human.
During our time together, we may explore gentle breathwork, guided reflection, journaling prompts, quiet meditation, or small rituals of remembrance and release. There will always be space for sharing, but listening is just as much a part of the circle. You never have to speak unless you want to.
If you plan to attend, you’re welcome to bring a journal, something small that represents what you are honoring or remembering, and anything that helps you feel comfortable — a blanket, a sweater, or a quiet comfort item.
This is a soft, inclusive, non-religious space rooted in compassion and care. You don’t need the right words, and you don’t need to have it all figured out. You only need to come as you are.
Together, we’ll hold space for remembrance, tenderness, and the slow process of beginning again.
