Forest Bathing, or shinrin-yoku, is a slow-paced, sensory-focused immersion in nature, designed to reduce stress and boost immunity by engaging with the forest environment. It involves wandering slowly, sitting in comfort, and intentionally observing nature’s fragrances, colors, sounds, and textures. We will end with a tea ceremony and shared observations.Preparation:Wear comfortable walking shoes and clothes.Bring a cushion or lawn chair for sitting.
