Super chilled, pram-friendly walk for mums and mums-to-be.
A space to get out of the house, move your body, and connect with other mums.
No pressure, no expectations - just fresh air, real conversation, and a chance to do something nice for you! 💕
We’ll meet at the Col Gooley Oval entrance near Umina Oval, do a few laps, then finish the walk with coffee at Jasmine Greens Park Kiosk.
Babies, toddlers and support partners welcome but you’re always welcome to come solo too!
