About this Event
At Think Positive Club, one of our core focuses is making nervous system regulation and mental wellness more accessible through community-based experiences. This gathering is simply an opportunity to rest, reflect, meditate, and be present in a supportive environment.
Whether you’re looking to reset after a long week, reconnect with yourself, or spend time in a peaceful atmosphere, this evening is for you.
What to Expect
• Guided intention-setting meditation led by Growthology
• Gentle grounding and breathwork
• Relaxing candlelit atmosphere
• Reflective and calming moments
• Community connection
• A peaceful space to pause and recharge
Porfirio, founder of Growthology and experienced meditation guide, will lead the evening meditation and help guide participants through an intentional and calming experience focused on presence, relaxation, and mindfulness.
No meditation experience is needed. Just come as you are.

• Yoga mat or cushion
• Blanket or comfy layers
• Journal (optional)
• Water bottle
