The newly revamped EMPOWER Her Group is a supportive space for women service members, veterans, and their loved ones to connect, share experiences, and navigate life’s challenges together.
Through conversation, resources, and community, participants will explore topics related to personal growth, resilience, relationships, and life transitions. Whether you’re looking for support, connection, or a place where others understand your journey, EMPOWER Her offers a welcoming environment designed with you in mind.

- Intake and BPSA required before attending (please call to complete)
- Open group, no end date. People can join any time
- Must have an intake and BPSA
- Tuesdays at the clinic from 430-530
