Introducing the KW1 4-1-1 Workshop

Starting in January, on the first Tuesday of every month at 9:00 AM, we will host a standing workshop at the Market Center called Your 4-1-1 Workshop. A 4-1-1 is a goal-tracking and execution model that connects your long-term vision to your daily activities.

4 = Four Weeks - Your priorities for the next four weeks.

1 = One Month - Your single most important focus for the month.

1 = One Year - Your specific, measurable goal for the year.

It answers one critical question: “What do I need to do this week to stay on track for my bigger goals?”

The purpose of this workshop is simple but powerful:

• Review your GPS
• Build and refine your 4-1-1 priorities
• Track progress toward your goals
• Adjust in real time when life happens
• Mastermind together to stay focused and accountable

This is not a lecture, it’s a working session.

I’ve built a goal-tracking system that everyone who attends can use. If you have your own 4-1-1 system that is fine, I just need a copy to track it with you. Together, we’ll map out weekly priorities for the month, review what’s working, make adjustments when goals are hit early (or need to shift), and keep moving forward with intention.

When we don’t chase clear goals, it’s hard to tell if we’re winning or just spinning our wheels.
