MontCOMM '26: More Than Words

MontCOMM '26 features more speakers and a focus on getting creative and moving beyond basic one-word requests!

In-person headliner Heidi Rabe kicks things off with emotional competency (“Who’s happy? Not me!”) and wraps up the day with fun, creative AAC strategies. Remote breakouts feature Paige Buckingham (visual needs), Dr. Carole Zangari (language instruction), Heidi Rabe (scanning for communication), and AAC Ambassador Rudy Via (lived experience).
