Delamere is an amazing place for trail running and we have a stunning 10k and Half Marathon route planned out, which is mainly on wide forest trails with a few short single file track sections. The course is relatively flat with very few undulations, that is apart from the sting in the tail as you climb Old Pale in the final miles. On the plus side, the view from the top is stunning, on the downside, you’ll have to work pretty hard to see it.
