The Readers:
Alicia Wright is the author of You’re Called By The Same Sound (Thirdhand Books, 2025) and the essay chapbook A Coin, A Moth, A Literary Journal (DoubleCross Press, 2026). She lives in Iowa City, where she serves as editor of Annulet and Annulet Editions, hosts the reading series Normie Creep in the Sacred Grove, and works as Managing Editor of The Iowa Review.
Keetje Kuipers’ fourth collection of poetry, Lonely Women Make Good Lovers, was the recipient of the Isabella Gardner Award. Her poetry and prose have appeared in BOMB, the New York Times Magazine, and Poetry, and have been honored by publication in the Pushcart Prize and Best American Poetry anthologies. Keetje has been a Stegner Fellow, NEA Literature Fellow in Creative Writing, and the Margery Davis Boyden Wilderness Writing Resident. She lives with her wife and children in Montana, where she is Editor of Poetry Northwest.
A graduate of the Iowa Writers’ Workshop, Sara Gilmore is the author of The Green Lives (Fonograf Editions, October 2025). Her poems and translations have appeared in The Paris Review, Ugly Duckling Presse’s Second Factory and 6x6, The Iowa Review, and elsewhere. She lives in Iowa City with her young son.
