The 5 financial metrics every owner should be tracking weekly — and why revenue is the one that lies to you most.
2. PRICE FOR PROFIT
Most small business pricing is a hope strategy, not a business strategy. We'll walk through a simple formula to calculate what you actually need to charge — and why raising your prices is probably overdue.
3. STOP THE REVENUE LEAK
Before you need a single new customer, there's likely money already in your business you're not collecting. We'll identify the 4 most common leaks and how to plug them fast.
This is a discussion-based session — not a lecture. Bring a real number, a real problem, or just show up ready to talk. We'll do some live problem-solving with the group.
