Kickstart your week by joining a dynamic community of job seekers for an engaging, hands-on session focused on uncovering and leveraging your unique strengths. Through this interactive workshop, you'll explore your mental, emotional, and social strengths, giving you the tools to build confidence for interviews, tackle challenges in the workplace, and set yourself up for greater career success.

This weeks’ presenter: Kam Unninayar, Certified Executive Coach, ACC, MS, CPA

Topic: Unleash Your Potential: Strength-Based Strategies for Job Seekers

In this session, Kam will guide you through the process of identifying your top strengths and leveraging them to stand out in job interviews, resumes, and networking. Discover how to apply your personal strengths to create lasting impressions on potential employers and build stronger connections with your peers.

Workshop Definition of Strength: A strength is a quality that makes you effective and helps you perform well in specific tasks or situations. Our focus will be on three dimensions of strengths:

1. Mental strengths: e.g. problem-solving, creativity, critical thinking, etc.

2. Emotional strengths: e.g. resilience, empathy, self-awareness, etc.

3. Social strengths: e.g. communication, teamwork, leadership, etc.

While some strengths start as natural tendencies, all strengths can be developed through knowledge, skills, and practice.

Key Highlights:

Identify Your Strengths: Discover how to recognize and articulate your mental, emotional, and social strengths, empowering you to excel in any professional setting. In this interactive session, you'll boost self-awareness, sharpen your ability to observe others, and learn how to strategically leverage both individual and team strengths for greater impact and success.

Leverage Your Strengths: Learn how to strategically apply your strengths to enhance collaboration and teamwork, empowering you to stand out in the workplace. You'll also gain the tools to articulate these strengths effectively in interviews and job applications, positioning yourself for success.

Collaborative Exercises: Participate in hands-on activities designed to help you articulate and showcase your strengths in real-world job search scenarios. Gain practical experience in applying these insights to interviews, job applications, and workplace challenges, setting yourself up for success.

Positive Mindset: Leave the session with increased self-awareness and confidence in using your unique abilities to succeed in today’s competitive job market.

Elevate your job search by tapping into the power of your strengths. Reserve your spot for this practical and inspiring workshop to add another key tool to your job-seeking toolkit.
