Workshop Definition of Strength: A strength is a quality that makes you effective and helps you perform well in specific tasks or situations. Our focus will be on three dimensions of strengths:
1. Mental strengths: e.g. problem-solving, creativity, critical thinking, etc.
2. Emotional strengths: e.g. resilience, empathy, self-awareness, etc.

While some strengths start as natural tendencies, all strengths can be developed through knowledge, skills, and practice.
