Join me for an evening of relaxing and healing sounds. The session will begin with a Yoga Nidra to help you settle into the space before being bathed in the frequencies of the Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, tingshas, and chimes to create powerful multi-layered pulses of sound to induce a deep meditative and peaceful state, clarity of mind while providing a soothing effect on the nervous system.
The perfect way to start your week off right!
All mats, bolster and blankets are provided for you but bring extra layers so you are super cosy!
