This is a light vinyasa flow for all levels. We create a safe and calming space for students to achieve their wellness goals.

This class will be led by Jarod. Jarod is a certified yoga teacher experienced in teaching all skill levels, different styles, and people of all backgrounds. Jarod is a passionate yoga teacher who believes yoga is the premier way to connect the mind, body, and soul. He prides himself on creating a safe and calming space for people to practice mindfulness and asanas.
