Join us for an essential end of week self-care mini retreat. This two-hour event combines the holistic benefits of Yin yoga and massage.
Students will be led through a passive and supported Yin yoga sequence while massage techniques are applied to further relieve tension and stress. Longer holds in Yin yoga allow for deeper access into the body while massage and acupressure techniques are applied while in the pose. This combination releases the energy stored deep within the connective tissues of the spine, hips and shoulders and creates space for deeper breath and a quieter mind.
Space is limited to ensure an immersive experience for all.
